Just read from aussie yahoo http://au.news.yahoo.com/070102/2/11xpt.html Australian jumps to his death in Bangkok An Australian old-age pensioner has apparently committed suicide in Bangkok by jumping from the 18th floor of his apartment building after his young Thai girlfriend left him. Police said Donald Henshall had left a note written with his own blood before jumping on Monday from the balcony of his room at the Nasa Vegas Tower in the city's Suanlang district on New Year's Day. They said the note read: "I love you, Pim". Police said Henshall had checked into the apartment block around Christmas Day with a Thai woman identified as Pim - a common nickname in Thailand. Police said the man was apparently heart-broken when the woman deserted him. Henshall had apparently slit his wrist and used his blood to write a note before plunging to his death, police said.
