One of the most productive business models out there is to have one of those girlfriends that will basically do anything, and is pretty enough to develop a fan base. They offer membership to the site and unique content to members. An example of this is Blonde Flasher aka Barbie Leigh. This girl (who I know personally) makes a ton of money on her site because it is unique. Her content is nowhere else and it is updated frequently. And people sign up as members because she shows more in the members area (but I don't think she does hardcore -- at least she didn't the last time I spoke to her). And if you live in Thailand, I wouldn't see your prospects for remaining a long time if you're running a porn site on a Thailand-based server.
