Joe Francis, 33, also was ordered to pay a $500,000 fine as part of a plea deal he made with the U.S. Department of Justice in September, when he plead guilty to failing to document the ages of young women engaging in sexually explicit acts in the tapes. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070123/ap_on_re_us/girls_gone_wild

ChristianTroy
no conviction that they WERE underage , just that he did not do the paperwork before filming the drunken scanks Nothing to argue about this, he came off very well. Since last 2006 the Bush Administration, Ashcroft in this certain case have installed the most risky law ever which affects every person in the erotic or porn industry. All sexually explicit content on paper requires record keeping for every shooting session. You have 200 galleries of a girl you need 200 release forms. It is called 18 U.S.C. Ã?2257 Compliance. It is undermining human rights and it is in fact life threatening to the models because eveyone who reproduces or resells this content needs a copy of these documents which include a copy of her Id and reveals her adress. All a stalker needs to do is to open a webiste and he gets these documents in his hands! Of course GGW producers have no record keeping from their girls, thats why they made the law fuck up companies like that! Alledgdly this law is to protect minors, instead it was supposed to fuck up the entire industry because it is bad in their eyes. The free speech coalition was able to hire some real ass kicking attourneys which were able to get rid of some paragraphs, otherwise these girls life would be even more in stake! It is a law where many people simply can't comply to, especially those wo make videos on the beaches or the streets, in this case it is supposed to be a good law. Well, 2 years on probation and 500k USD, how is that protecting the girlson the videos? It is not. America has just found a way to get a piece of the pron pie by putting these models identety on a billboard!
