A friend has a RAZR and I helped her uploading a few ringtones using the software 'Motorola Phone Tools' (free download from Motorola) and a data cable. Data cable is Mini-USB which is used for many digicams. Standard stuff. Requires computer, of course. As ringtone every mp3 song can be used. Better only snippets of songs as the memory of the phone is quite small. To save the hassle of recording the ringtones I got me a package of several hundred ringtones via torrent.
