It reads: Grievance Center - Royal Thai Police - Threatened? - Not getting justice? - Inform clues about drugs, vice, influential [persons], crimes at P.O. Box 1234 - email: jaray@police.go.th, rongmuang Bangkok 10000 or inform [by calling]: 1194 - General information... Royal Thai Police Print out the billboard photo and carry it with you. Personally, I think I'll take a pass on your suggestion. Too much danger involved. If they really want common people to help fight corruption, they'll have to convince people they're safe if they help. It will take a hell of a lot more than a billboard to convince me.
