Ckrisg
No experience of this apartment but 30,000 seems high for a month. Try Prime Suites on Suk 18 studio is 15,000 per month, all facilities provided and good location with access to 18 and
JannikOJ
Thanks for the tip! I will look into it. Do they have a website?
Ckrisg
Its individal apartments rather than a serviced block, but its managed by the reception on site. Its located next to Rembrandt Hotel, call in and speak to the head receptionist.
The_Munchmaster
No experience of this apartment but 30,000 seems high for a month...... If it's decent quality then Baht 30,000 for a month seems quite reasonable. Two weeks for me at the Regency Park, Soi 22, where I always stay, costs about Baht 30,000. JannikOJ
And thanks for that Ckrisg. Unfortunatly its not practical when i have to book a place from home you see. But i will look at it when i arrive. I will use Ballys as a base while i look for a permanent place too live. Any other tips on good condo building will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again everyone! OJ
The_Munchmaster
.....Any other tips on good condo building will be greatly appreciated..... It's best to start with a reputable Architect / Engineer to design it (I know a few if you need some names) and then a decent contractor to build it. With both of these "good condo building" will be much easier.
