Steve
For those who follow hip hop and rap, singer Akon is currently a big hit. In Triinidad he brought a girl on stage and dry humps her. She turned out to be 14 and it sparked a huge controversy. He was supposed to go on tour and a major sponsor, Verizon, pulled the plug on his being on that tour. He's since apologized. In my opinion it wasn't his fault. The club was supposed to be a 18 y.o. and over club, so he had to assume she was at least of legal age. The girl has come out and played the victim. Her father, a minister, has come out and blamed Akon. She snuck out and got dressed up sexy and went there, and it was her decision to go on stage. Akon has since apologized and I know its because of the possible loss of money but he's getting blamed for something that should be the fault of the girl and the club that let her in. Its a common thing for rappers and singers to bring girls on stage. Bobby Brown got into trouble years ago for 'simulating sex on stage' down south. http://www.yikers.com/video_akon_humped_a_14_year_old_on_stage.html and this girl does not look 14 at the club. She made herself to look older. http://spitbook.com/gossip/celebrity-news/akon-grinding-with-14-year-old-girl-in-trinidad/ http://www.hollywoodgrind.com/?p=5355&page=4 I can't find it but there is one pic of him on his back on stage and she is sitting on him cowgirl style grinding on him. Julian2
Yeah, fair enough Steve, it's virtually impossible to pick some of them them at that age. I still support the age of consent with sex though, it's the man's responsibility to make sure the girl is over 16 or 18, whatever it may be. Never heard of a judge accepting "She looked/told me she was 18" anyway.
