MooNoi
So who's going to win it? As much as it pains me to say it, I'd have to say the Kiwi's are the faves... probably Sth Africa second. Our Aussie team are a pack-of handbag-carrying woosies at the moment. :( Hard to tell with the Sh African's as they've sent their virtual B-side to Oz and NZ at the moment for the tri-nations. French are a dark-horse as always. :smirk: And England's chances of defending their world cup win from last time? Zero-ish.
Torneyboy
Yeah...i think it will between New Zealand and South Africa...our lot are shot ducks...
Julian2
Is this the one where they have to jump up and down for the ball? I know both codes do that bum sniffing bit. Why don't they say if it's league or union so I know what I'm not watching?

The_Munchmaster
Once we've disposed of the Kiwis, in Edinburgh on 23 September (I'll be there), there will be no stopping us.

Ongchaiyai
In response to The_Munchmaster - Rugby World Cup 2007 Hey Muchie.. I wasn't even sure if Scotland (the brave) made the cut for the 2007 World Cup, but they have..by jimmy :nahnah: . Would love to be going to the Cup...but won't be . However, found this link http://www.foxrugby.com/departments-shop-by-league-rugby-world-cup.html Also looked at New Zealand's draw Saturday 8th September 2007 New Zealand v Italy Marseille 13:45 (Flog the wops, turn them into spagetti). Saturday 15th September 2007 New Zealand v Portugal Lyon 13:00 (oohh tough game, but any port in a storm). Sunday 23rd September 2007 Scotland v New Zealand Edinburgh 17:00 (Will anyone be sober, will it snow). :alert: Saturday 29th September 2007 New Zealand v Romania Toulouse 13:00 (Probably draw blood)   Wonder why (the Kiwi's) are short odds on favourites to win........ Also some interest going on this weekend..... Aussie v NZ (Eden Park, NZ) http://aru.rugby.com.au/fixtures_results/bledisloe_cup,105.html Winner of this match will get two cups Bledisloe and the Tri-nations. Story so far..... Despite a lack of success in recent years, the USA was last country to win an Olympic gold medal for rugby union (thereâ??s one for the Trivial Pursuit buffs). A rag-tag team of rugby players and American footballers beat France by 17 points to three at the 1924 Paris Olympics. Shortly after this, however, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) removed rugby union as an Olympic sport. Go Blacks **tried to fix-up the margins, but the bourbons are kicking in - hic! MooNoi
Australia hasn't beaten NZ in Auckland since 1986 I think it was. Can't see that changing this Saturday unfortunately.
