dabbish Posted August 11, 2007 Author Report Share Posted August 11, 2007 ok this got a bit out of hand no? correct me if i'm wrong, but i think the machine normally doesn't "turn off" gravity altogether. something i didn't clearly point out before. i'd guess the machine could lower gravity to that point where it simply floats in mid air. also, e.g, if the spaceship was to travel back into space, i guess turning off gravity completly would be benificial. thanks for that BBC link BTW.
