Barry Posted August 11, 2007 Report Share Posted August 11, 2007 Awards are overall(separate awards given for separate entities as well) & although I haven't tried much in the way of premium travel I for sure know most airlines economy service & I don't see why Thais don't qualify as 2nd? They're not bad, but nothing special. I managed to get an exit door both ways thanks to a nice customer service lady at LHR, but the plane was fairly old with no video system. As long as they only fly those 3 class 747s on BKK-LHR, I won't use them. Bring in premium economy, and I'll go back. They are also not nice to deal with through their London office.
