Actually, if you're staying on a somewhat higher floor, it is amazing how much cooler it is than down on the street, and the smog is much less of a factor. Seems much easier to find functional balconies in Pattaya. I've had a few sublime post coital experiences sitting with my girl of the night outside on the balcony, both of us mostly without clothes, sipping Heinekens, and just playing with each other while gazing out at the sea. To me thats what its all about! Had a very memorable make-out/bbbj/prostate massage session out on the balcony of my 2nd floor room at the Whitehouse Condotel (soi 15 Pattaya)last spring. We were definitely getting some attention from passersby below.
