unit731
I was reading about some condo over in Accomodation section. Sounded like a dump. But the bigger question is for those who own a condo. They all (or most) look good when new. What happens when they get older? What happens when the exterior needs a new coat of paint? How good are the Condo Agreements as far as upkeep goes? And who does the enforcement for fees for upkeep? Like mentioned above, whole exterior needs painting. What happens if one or a bunch decide they are not going to pay as THEY think painting is not necessary. I am using painting as an example. Could be refurbishing the broken swimming pool or replacing the elevator. What if an owner does not pay or doesn't care to pay? Then what?
