Makes me wonder if the people who're responsible for doing so know what they're talking about. I mean, an experienced club trainer knows how important it is to keep the same faces on one line with 1 or 2 consistent playing styles. I guess they gambled on his experience as a player, but hell that ain't nearly half the same thing. I do think though that Holland could grow in the tournament since MvB now MUST appoint a set of players whom he'll have to work with until the end of the EC. Only downside is that he may not have enough time to do so since he's in a tough group. But if they do get through, it'll be an immense morale boost and probably what they need to put their coach's (MvB) lack of confidence in his players aside. P.S.
