Flashermac
AN English zoo has been slammed by animal activists and environmentalists for destroying two rare monkeys after it failed to find them new homes. Newquay Zoo in Cornwall euthanased the male Sulawesi crested black macaques because they kept fighting whenever they were in the same cage. The zoo said it had to have the pair â?? Venus, 10 and Ia, 11 â?? put down because it was unable to find them new homes. The decision has been attacked by leading environmentalists David Bellamy, who branded the killing "bloody mad", and animal aid groups. "What were they thinking?," he said to The Times. "We have a duty to protect endangered species." Link
Lusty
Who's this little fellar http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i6/russell44/Thailandmay2006143.jpg?He belonged to a guy I was fishing next to at Bungsam Ran lake. I spent more time playing with the monkey than actually fishing!
