radioman Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 Hi, I have read a couple of Dubai threads here and think there are a few here who spend their days in the sand pit so I'm here looking for some ideas and thoughts that might help as I plan a trip. Looks as if I will need to be in Dubai for about 2 months, mid Feb through to mid April, hopefully back in LOS for SK. Trip will be business, accommodation etc is project funded so I can stay pretty much where I want. Usually stay at Sheraton or Hyatt grade places. Would like my Thai er consultant to be with me for the duration. Will have a car, I think, have driven in this part of the world previously, no problem. Specific questions: Ideas as to a good hotel, beach access would be nice but not vital? Visa for TG, possibility, anyone done this? Cheers, M.
