Generally, I find the girls go overtime (I'm not using the big, glitzy places known for P4P). If so, I'll just add the normal massage rate to the tip. What she does with the money is her business. Usually paid Bt1000 including a tip if good, thus Bt100 for each girl. I know they got Bt70 at the time from the Bt200 so they got Bt240 for 2 hours work. Remember that if you just took a one hour massage, then they would go to the back of the queue and perhaps wait quite some time for their turn again so them getting a 2 hour job is a bonus in itself.
