Perhaps we will run into each other at AW Friday. Anyway, for the rest of those in BKK Friday night, here is what I received. To avoid any misunderstandings like those with The Office posting on this board, I am not affiliated with Angelwitch in any way. Just a customer that happens to like the bar. ANGELWITCH will throw a party for their regulars and old as well as new friends/customers on Friday, March 1. In addition, a good friend will celebrate his 'redundancy' at that night in the bar. Lucky draws for free drinks, bottles, T-shirts and barfines at 11:00 p.m. and midnight. Free food available. There is still a bigger bar in Nana Plaza with reasonable prizes, a good selection of girls and mainly rock music - old and new. ANGELWITCH cares. - - - Let's party and pay less. - - - End of announcement. So after checking out Cascade, you can attend the party at Angelwitch if you like. Gives me a chance to do a few things I wanted to do. Go to school and study Thai, web design etc.. I have a few domain names I want to do something with. BangkokHoliday.com, BookAHooker.com,TopClassGirls.com, TopClassBoys.com, TopClassEscort.com, SweetestFeeling.com, PeskyDevil.com Not too bad a porfolio for names eh? AnywayI will be in AngelWitch on friday, hope loads of you will be too. It;'s one of the few bars that didn't raise prices when Crown group tried to dictate what was to happen. I was in AW last night and Lord Toad and Matt gave me the explanation on the redundancy. It sounds similar to what we would call a severance payment. I agree with you about the lower prices in AW.
