elef
Bangkok Post 15-08-2008 Link 'Swirl face' gets jail BangkokPost.com Canadian teacher Christopher Paul Neil on Friday was sentenced to three years and three months in jail for kidnapping and sexually abusing an underage boy in Thailand. The court also imposed a 60,000 baht fine on the 32-year-old man who had pleaded guilty on the charge on May 12. His initial sentence was six years and six months, but it was reduced by the court because he had pleaded guilty. Neil was seized in the Northeast in October following a campaign by the international police agency Interpol, which had reconstructed a series of digitally obscured internet images of a man abusing Asian boys. The man in the pictures had created a swirl to hide his face, but German computer experts were able to reconstruct the images.

Farangs in Thai prisons dont suffer the same abuse Farang suffer in our prisions. The violence factor isnt there........more brotherly love! dullnight
especially if it's for child sex related crimes, it seems those inmates don't do very well in US state prisons...
