(actually though 25 or so teenagers have been shot or stabbed to death by their peers in london alone this year --on continental europ they specialise in inprisoning their children or neighbours for decades--shooting is too crass there now!) The home made contraption was single shot and fired a standard M-16 cartridge. The idiot kid said he was carrying it "for protection" against some vocational students. In BKK the vocationnal school students are most infamous... Was eating peacefully at beach restaurant when a motorbike driver passed by and shot dead a man eating at another table.
