Just stayed in the Weekender for the first time for a couple of years (and they still don't seem to have spent any money on the 'standard rooms') but they do now seem to be home to some form of 'World Gym' - from memory it is called the Sitpholek Gym and is a specialist Muay Thai training centre though a quick glance inside revealed very few customers, a couple of personal trainers and lots of equipment. That was as near as I got ......

Good to see they still have all the things I used to like about the place (good swimming pool, table tennis, table football, pool), including the 'Super Breakfast' which is still B100 but also available as a freebie for two, even as part of the B650 per night standard room which also includes a big bathroom with a tub and a wall-length mirror. Even better, the free breakfast is available all day so no need to get up during daylight just for the sake of eating! Free internet if you have a drink too.
