Availability of warfarin and blood tests for INR

I have the misfortune of having to have extended treatment with warfarin (coumadin) to reduce clotting factors in my blood. Warfarin is an older drug and normally cheap, so I assume that it is readily handy at most pharmacies in various strengths. Can someone confirm this? Also, if you use warfarin, you need to get your blood tested for INR (clotting factor) on a relatively regular basis. I assume Bumrungrad, most hospitals, and even clinics can do this. Again, looking for confirmation from anyone who has done this on a regular basis.

I don't assume any of this will be a problem in BKK, but I am a bit more skeptical about some of the provincial hospitals, and I do spend some time in the provinces.

You can by warfarin in 3 and 5mg tablets ( not 2 damn it) at the chulalongkorn community pharmacy which is on Phayathai road, just opposite MBK at siam square. Basically walk over the walk over bridge from MBK to Siam Square and it is the white building just before the major bus stop there.

Any hospital can do INR. Costs about 1000B
