I have received three invitations for credit cards from WAMU - all after the bank went bankrupt! In each, I was 'pre-approved' for a Mastercard/Visa. This bank went out of business in Sept. 2008. This past week I received another invitation for a credit card from them and they no longer exist. Who is paying for all these mailings? Something is wrong here !
