I'm still trying to figure out what kind of bird was in my yard the other day, feeding on a pigeon. Stood about two feet tall, colorful belly but gray wings. Looked almost like a hawk with clipped wings, but he could still fly. Obviously someone's pet gotten loose, but I understand parrots aren't carnivorous. Don't know what kind of damned bird it was.
