Bangkoktraveler
A Thai friend of mine has been to my city twice here in Canada. She was here in December and January, hilarious to see her experience -25 C for the first time ! When I was 8 years old, we got hit with some minus 44.4 Celsius weather. That did not include the wind chill factor. Needless to say, I don't miss the cold weather.
Flashermac
The dogs are wearing t-shirts. Haven't seen any with hats and gloves yet. That's when you know it's REALLY cold.

Flashermac
I spent a week on bivouac in the Ozark Mountains in -13C weather with snow a foot deep, living in a pup tent. It was not a helluva lot of fun.
