Central Scrutinizer
Munchie, "Because he can still sing" Get out. He never could... let alone still can! Always has a good band though and good songs. Saw him in the 70's - Maggie May period. He does do a good concert and has lots of hits. Just never really liked his singing voice much. He did some early stuff with Jeff Beck I enjoyed. Don't think I could listen to 2 hours of old Rod though.
USVirgin
I'm not a big fan either, but don't forget he sang for the band Faces, with Ronnie Wood, Ronnie Lane and Ian McLagan (I had to look it up - my memory's not that good). Very talented band. "A Nod is as Good as a Wink...to a Blind Horse" was a classic album.
