HeartThais
I'm looking for advice on how to choose a tailor. If you were looking at one of their sample suits, what kinds of things would you look for to ensure high quality craftsmanship? Also, anyone have an opinion on Moon River on Suk? carew66
HeartThais - I know nothing about bespoke suits, but I have a couple of 100 baht bet on which posters will know everything there is to know about them - so I bumped your request. HeartThais
Well, I've been informed separately that I used the term bespoke incorrectly. I guess technically a bespoke suit is cut entirely by hand and I'd be just as happy with a good made-to-measure suit (cut from pattern). Basically I am looking to judge a tailor who makes custom-measured and fitted suit.
carew66
I don't know if you are UK based - but the Indian chap that advertises in Private Eye had some good reviews in other media. He's based in Kowloon but comes to the UK for fittings. I've got the Eye here now. Hang on: Raja Fashions
cavanami
My large US friend (150 Kg++) was very pleased with the suits he got at Narry's in nana.
