Man Kheeo(f)..... a slang expression for "cute", similar in meaning to "I could just eat you up"

Boo and Lucky Farang is right. Man Kheeo is used to discribe the feeling when you find kids very cute then you say you feel Man Kheeo toward the kid.

Kheeo means 'Fang' (animal tooth). So 'Man Kheeo' literally means I feel I want to use my fang on you - something like that.

'Man Saai' Saai here means 'entrails, intestines' - not belt as DisainaM indicated.

'Man Saai' can have both positive and negative notion attached to it. It could mean something good similar to Man Kheeo. It also means soemthing negative when you don't like someone or someone's behavoir but not that extream.

I think this case she likes you.

Thai expression sometimes is pretty confusing. We sometimes say something the opposite to what we feel. Contexts are the key to interpret the meaning.
