Rather out of the way for the average tourist and not a particularly brilliant area. Many better located hotels in the same price range to choose from IMO. Simie. robaus Posted March 15, 2009 Report Share Posted March 15, 2009 A mate of mine who visits Pattaya regularly stays in Sabai Inn Soi 2 North Pattaya. Not near Walking Street but good rooms and reasonably priced. Many taxis also go down Soi 2 then head south along Beach rd to Walking Street so you more or less get door to door frequent 10 baht taxi service. Quite a lively bar scenne in N Pattaya too.
