TroyinEwa/Perv
Just got through reading that article. First officers on regionals make shit. I would believe the 16k figure before the 23k. When I first started back in 1986 with a regional, I was making 850 bucks a month as a ticket agent. I was making more than a first officer at the time. No wonder the airlines made money then cuz the tickets were more expensive then than they are now and the wages paid out to everyone was peanuts. Bangkoktraveler
Do janitors make more money at the airport then co-captains of an airplane?
TroyinEwa/Perv
I don't know about airport cleaners but I switched to be an aircraft cleaner for a short time for a break from the traveling public (I love them so much) and I made way more than the first officer of that airplane that went down.
