Airports of Thailand (AOT) president wants to make Suvarnabhumi among top 10 in world:

Of course they do. Now if they only knew how to go about it. The reputation has been tarnish for time to come......and it's not going to turn around anytime soon.

The promises of the new AOT president are not bad, mostly...:

- new luggage trolleys

- automated check-in kiosks

- free wifi

- flight info on the airport website

- chasing away illegal taxis and tour guides (I thought they had just done it. :doah: )

Also: a commercial mall within the airport! :doah:

Asked if King Power duty free shops operator could once more get the concession – the Duty Free company got under the previous AOT administration an extraordinary concession to run all commercial units in complete monopoly-, Prasutanond smiles and tells that they could be part of the bid.. :doah:
