Pattaya, September 12 [PATTAYA ONE NEWS] : Just before 5am on Saturday, Police Lieutenant Jamlak from Pattaya Police Station was called to the front of the Greenview Services Apartments located in Soi 15 off Walking Street following reports of a man who was thought to be carrying a gun. Officers arrived and detained Khun Jackgree aged 22 who was searched. He was found to be carrying a gun and bullets; however the bullets did not match the gun which led Police to believe that he may be in possession of other weapons. He was taken to his home in Naklua which was searched and uncovered nothing. Back at the Police Station Khun Jackgree confessed to buying the gun for only 500 Baht and claimed he carried the weapon because it was a cool thing to do and would increase his status amongst his group of friends.
