What usually happens is you must lay more money on the favorite. Say for example Germany is playing Japan. Germany is the favorite so you lay $180 to win $100. If you want Japan you would lay $100 to win $160. The more uneven the matchup, the more money you have to lay on the favorite or the higher the payback on the underdog. " DB, Amongst the more common bets are: First Scorer Correct Score At 90mins Double Result (Half Time and Full Time Forecast) Match Forecasts (Home, Away or Draw) can be made as single selections or mutliples - doubles, trebles fourfolds etc. There are also various "spread" bets available. Total number of red and yellow cards Total number of corner kicks Total of the shirt numbers of the goal scorers Betting on this is done by predicting higher or lower than the bookies spread, it can be either very profitable or mighty costly.
