Focus cleanliness and traffic. City Hall will reintroduce fines for public littering, which was actively enforced under the previous administration but which has been ignored under the current administration. Songkran festival to be the test. KSR has been marked as the main venue for festivities. Whilst no official ban elsewhere it will not be allowed along major roads and revellers who soak other people against their will could face legal action 2. World Cup telecasts to be delayed? The police have asked Khun Thaksin to order all telecasts of Worls Cup soccer games to be delayed by 30 mins. Reason: to counter gambling. Apart from the numerous threads on how to post a URL and the such, even good threads decend into a discussion on how to use a smiley face etc,,, What's needed now is for Khun Sanuk to tackle this outbreak of boardtechnicalitiesmania with the same vigour that he quashed free talking of a political nature. ps.
