The_Munchmaster Posted December 27, 2009 Report Share Posted December 27, 2009 I hadn't been in Cowboy for over a year so there were plenty of other changes, but a couple of people changes that I noticed were, 1. Hank sold Afterschool and went back to Holland. Shame, he was a nice guy. 2. Sorn and Steve hired a manager to run Fannys, Moonshine and Jungle Jims (but not Toy Bar). He's a big barsteward! Also a burger stand has opened opposite The Old Dutch. Looks like it might be part of the open bar on the corner of Cowboy. Anyway it does a fairly decent burger and fries. simie Posted December 27, 2009 Report Share Posted December 27, 2009 Munchie, I was there just before yourself as you know and even though I did say in another thread I prefered Cowboy in the past I still had a good time and it was a pleasant enough way to kill a couple of hours now and then. I'm happy enough to frequent Old Duth or the Queen Vic but give the No Name group gogos a miss as I still think 150B for a beer is a piss take. Simie.
