Sending SMS to multiple numbers

Assumptions:

 

Using sms locally in Thailand

Using True, DTAC, AIS

 

If you send the same message to more than one person, is it possible for them to see that it was sent to others? And for them to get the numbers that it was sent to?

 

I didn't think possible, but today received an MMS (not SMS) and it showed all the numbers.

 

From: Ms. Perfect (using the name in my phone along with the number)

 

To: Me (again using the name I have for my phone number, and the phone number)

 

Then listed two other numbers (and normal mobile numbers, not center numbers).

 

Any idea if this is accurate? If so, need to be very careful when sending multiple messages from now on.
