There just seemed to be enough similar factors in play to support my view without stretching the analogy too far. And I won't tell the name because it will give too good a clue on my identity. I would have expected the scene in Quebec to be quite laid-back and pleasant, since such stuff apparently is not illegal there, either. I guess that is not the case.
