allistar Posted April 25, 2010 Report Share Posted April 25, 2010 Phil, Ryanair is bound to lose some customers after their CEO announced that Ryanair would not provide lodging to their customers that had flights canceled because of the ash problem (as required under EU law). Ryanair expects its customers to follow THEIR rules but won't follow government rules. Can you trust that kind of airline to provide minimum maintenance, as required under EU law?
