Savittre
Hi Guys, I recently bought Internet security software from AVG. This software includes AVG's firewall. My OS is Windows 7 Starter. Anyway, the thing is I cannot use AVG's firewall concurrently with Windows firewall. It's either or, so I chose to continue using Windows firewall. Now, I'm wondering if I made the right choice. Would any of you know? Thanks!
expat
One software firewall at a time is the advice I've always heard. If you want a second (and much more effective) firewall, get a modem/router with a firewall (essentially a hardware firewall). This can be used in conjunction with your software firewall.
