allistar
Mayor Richard Daley announced that he will retire at the end of his current term, marking 21 years as mayor of Chicago. No reason was given for his decision, however, his wife is undergoing cancer treatments. Coincidentally, his father also served as Chicago's mayor for 21 years and had a massive heart attack and died in office.

Damen
He did a lot of good for the city but definetly lined the pockets of friends and associates along the way. Looks like Rahm Emanuel will be next in line. Im surprised that Daley never actually got caught withhis hand in the cookie jar.
