The_Munchmaster
At least 26 people were killed when a bus carrying a group of tourists from Thailand overturned in Malaysia, officials say. The bus was returning to the capital, Kuala Lumpur, from a popular tourist area, the Cameron Highlands, when it crashed on a highway. Reports said the bus spun out of control and then hit a road divider. Twenty-two people were pronounced dead at the scene and four more died on the way to hospital, an official said. It is not clear how many people were on the bus but about a dozen other people were said to be injured. The Malaysian bus driver, his assistant and a tour guide were reported to be among the dead. About 100 rescue personnel were sent to the scene.

MooNoi
WOW! Not much of a bus trip, not far to go and then have a crash? Ouch!! RIP, Thai folks. That's a goddamned awful, narrow and windy road up to the CH, quite often with a sheer drop off to one side. Always made me nervous going in a bus on that road, which I've done a lot.
