Boo Radley
Looking on Google, a lot of Thai sites use SAN-YA GAWN SOM-ROT à ¸ªà ¸±à ¸Âà ¸Âà ¸²à ¸Âà ¹ˆà ¸Âà ¸™à ¸ªà ¸¡à ¸£à ¸ª or SAN-YA GAWN TAENG-NGAHN à ¸ªà ¸±à ¸Âà ¸Âà ¸²à ¸Âà ¹ˆà ¸Âà ¸™à ¹Âà ¸•à ¹ˆà ¸‡à ¸‡à ¸²à ¸™ (lit. contract before marriage). Hope that helps.

Flashermac
If he buys a home, he should also insure the contract specifies his right to live there even if the marriage ends in divorce. If it is only in her name, he loses it. Also, if something happens to his Mrs and it is in her name, her relatives could inherit the house and kick the husband of the deceased out! brottbyman
Not sure myself either, seems to be divided opinions on this matter. Was a recomendation on Stickmans site today to register a prenup at the same time that you marry. LizardKing
Not knowing myself, but are prenuptial agreements even valid in the LOS Yes, as long as the signed version is in written Thai and both parties can show they understand what is in the contract (i.e., they're literate)... Flashermac
Put in something to the effect that if your ex-BG wife has you murdered, she doesn't get to inherit everything you own.
