Hugh_Hoy
Why would Commando's need to read a miranda? Because the brain trust called Obama-Holder has demanded it? Good old common law trial/burial at sea is the only way to handle these types of terrorism on the high seas. HH

gobbledonk
Hey, I've been in favor of nuking the PLANET from orbit for many years, but the reason the US has something called 'Rules of Engagement' is simple : they are professional soldiers/sailors etc, not Blackwater. In this case, I think it would be better if they just outsourced the gig to mercenaries, muffled the world media and come back in 6 months. TheCorinthian
More news.... http://www.foxnews.com/world/2011/03/07/commandos-free-ship-crew-pirates/ U.S. commandos have captured four suspected pirates who boarded a Japanese-owned oil tanker off the coast of Oman, according to an international anti-piracy task force. Twenty-four crew members on the MV Guanabara took refuge in a protected part of the vessel after reporting they were under attack Saturday, roughly 328 nautical miles southeast of Duqm in southern Oman.
