Sounds great - the place I had in mid-2008 has gone from 11k a month to 15k ..... unnaturally quiet for Soi 22, though. Or maybe I was just so hammered most days that a freight train could have gone past the window and I wouldnt have noticed. A great opportunity squandered - let that be a lesson to you, young man.
