Guest
I've always heard that Chang is 8 percent, at least in Thailand. I know Singha gets watered down for the U.S. market. Boon Rawd Brewery's latest beer, Thai Beer, is 6.5 percent.
homeboy03
EKU was really a special one, even for german Stark Bier standards. But it tasted really awfull, way too sweet and got a redish colour. They froze the whole stuff to get the water out of the beer to make it stronger. Don't know for sure, but I guess it's gone long ago because the brewery, Kulmbacher Eichelbräu, went broke or was taken over by a bigger one. Heard about some famous strong-beers from Belgium, maybe BelgiumBoy can help on this topic. Bye, H.
