ABCinBK
think, Would you mind sharing what is the dialup speed you gf uses in LOS for this webcam? Is the ISP LoxInfo or one of those packages you pay 500-1500baht or so for and get an access code? How often do you get disconnected? The cheap calls make this a great idea. Althought it sounds way too addictive in it's ability to make you totally forget you are back in your home country. Best Regards, ABC
think_too_mut
ABC, It a normal dial-up. The building has a modern PABX system, the speed is 56Kbps (goes down to 36KBps sometimes). On my side, I am on a LAN. The ISP is anet.net.th, 1000Bht per month unlimited. Never experienced busy signal. Never been disconnected. The building does not have (or does not use) time limit on calls, so it stays up for as long as we want, sometimes for 5-6 hours. Yes, it is very addictive, could be even damaging....
