buffalo_bill
Are you talking about the Police Museum Thonburi side within the Sirirat (?) - hospital , express boat terminal 10 ? I have been there twice . If you like reports in the Thai Rat " Woman cut in 9 pieces with butcher knife by loving husband " supported by 5 fotos you might also like it there . Ed Zeppelin
I've been to the forensic museum, but it was a very long time ago. It is interesting, but it's not advisable to go if you are planning to eat elsewhere straight afterwards. I remember walking in and the first thing was a wall of photographs of unusual but grizzly accidents. One notable one was of someone who had fallen into some kind of mincing machine. Then we entered the museum proper. There were some large display cases at one end containing the executed bodies of some of Thailand's most notorious serial killers. Around the room were jars of formaldehyde containing two headed babies. As a nice touch, the Thais had put offerings of small toys in front of each jar. Other exhibits included a decapitated head with a bullet hole through it, arms with interesting tattoos and an assortment of murder weapons. There were hardly any other visitors while we were there except for a couple of monks and a woman with her two children. I can't remember if there was an entry fee or not. All in all, it was quite interesting, although definitely very gruesome.
