robaus
Dear Robaus, Jonathan Head, the bbc reporter himself reported on twitter that the protests where led by red shirts leaders. Reference/link please. You've reported all the other twitter feeds. Why do I not see this very relevant info elsewhere on the net by reliable sources other than your hearsay? It wouldn't surprise me if the red shirts are involved in protesting against the coup and defending the democratic choice that the majority of Thais made before military dictatorship stepped in. But to make the assumption that Taksin alone is upset about a military coup usurping democracy and is choreographing and leading the whole scenario, as some on this website would claim, is bulllshit. waerth
The tweet was definitely reposted here already. Jonathan Head is a pro red shirt BBC reporter so the fact that he tweeted that is significant. Here are a few of Jonathan Heads tweets referencing this since you are to lazy to look it up yourself: Jonathan Head â€@pakhead 4h 11 people arrested for organising #ThaiCoup protests. All reported to be RS activists. Jonathan Head â€@pakhead May 24 There are people identifying themselves as red shirt leaders organising Amarin protest. It looks well planned. #ThaiCoup Jonathan Head â€@pakhead May 24 @NackenW @bangkokdave @bkkjom @KenL315 There are self-identified RS 'organisers'. But some protesters are not supporters of PT or Thaksin. Jonathan Head â€@pakhead May 25 @UDD_English @BkkSpiffy I said people identifying themselves as RS. But people who know RS v well identified some of them. There you go and now please stop commenting in THIS THREAD. I am trying to keep it a news update only!
