unit731 Posted June 4, 2014 Report Share Posted June 4, 2014 Yes, these hotels are quite nice. No doubt. Great for folks with unlimited funds or those in business where the company pays. Certainly not for the average punter. And the one in Pattaya is actually in Jomtien. And nothing wrong with staying in Jomtien. Here is a quote from one of the reviews about the Jomtien hotel: "After visiting the main city of Pattaya which I wouldn't recommend, very seedy and horrible seeing the beach at night overrun with rats" Not sure if they are stating rodent rats or the punter rats. Or worse the beautiful freelancers. If one wants family friendly beaches I would choose the city of Hua Hinn or the multiple beaches on Phuket Island.
