cavanami
We are in a quagmire...if that is the correct word...we want Thailand to be democratic, corruption free and all the "good things" that a country can be... ...but... We want BGs available to us...we want to slip the police some tea money when we are stopped for drunk driving...etc etc etc ...guess that makes us just people

If you want to discuss sexpat/expat morality, maybe a discussion of Yingluck's lack of investment or graft skills is not the place.
Flashermac
I cut and paste from the news, just as you do. I post the news no matter whom it criticises. As it happens, the news right now is pretty much anti-Shinawatra.
robaus
..and I always comment on my cut and pastes to show where I stand on an issue. If you can't find any pro red shirt or anti coup news, maybe you aren't looking in the right places. Pom Michael
A complete non-issue and nothing has been heard of since that first piece. And while it was probably put out there with the intention of making Yingluck look bad (or corrupt) - it didn't go far. It isn't like (if she was corrupt) - she would have been issuing receipts and kept the money in her own account! Even Thaksin said he would prosecute anyone found corrupt - just send him the receipts!

Precisely..just shows you how dopey they are at The Nation for publishing an article that proves the opposite of their biased intent.
