Same in Thailand except the colour is brown, not sure about fatigues but nowadays just plain green. Two of my three visits to Vietnam have been as a tourist. One to Hanoi. One to Saigon (HCMC). Both tourist visits exhibited a "general" at immigration at airports. And both "generals" had a bad attitude. Maybe, just maybe, . . . . . both remembered me from my first visit to Vietnam. A remote possibility to be sure. But possible. And that fact may have tarnished their attitude on my two visits to Vietnam as a tourist. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
